Jim has over 29 years of HVAC experience in service and installation. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, mudding, working on old cars, and spending time with his family.

Alex Townsend
ACCOUNTANT

Alex does it all, he has over 6 years of HVAC experience in installation and service as well as finance. In his spare time, he enjoys making music and drawing.

Jason Iverson
INSTALL MANAGER/COMFORT ADVISOR

Jason has over 22 years of experience in HVAC. In his spare time, he enjoys fixing cars, building models, wood working, collecting agates, hunting, fishing, and hanging out with his family.

Andrea Schiferli
OFFICE MANAGER/HR

Andrea has over 15 years in customer service and office experience. She enjoys spending time with her children and taking care of her dog, cats, and all her birds (mainly chickens, turkeys, and pheasants).

Heidi Thompson
DISPATCHER/CSR

Heidi has over 15 years of experience in customer service. She enjoys hanging out with her son and other family, arts and crafts, traveling, and all outdoor activities.
