Ace was chosen by chance by our warranty company and they installed a new furnace for us. Two months later, it short circuited and went out again. Jim, Jason, and Russ spent a collective TWO FULL DAYS at our home trying to diagnose the problem and helping us deal with the warranty and manufacturing companies.
